Mark Krasberg, PhD
Research Assistant Professor
Krasberg received his bachelor’s degree in physics and applied physics from Yale University and his PhD in particle physics from the University of Michigan. He worked with the University of Wisconsin as a research scientist on the IceCube South Pole neutrino observatory from 2003 until 2012.
He joined the UNM Department of Neurosurgery in 2012, bringing his expertise in analyzing massive data sets and data acquisition techniques in high-energy physics and astroparticle physics. He is developing new approaches for analyzing multiple streams of physiologic data obtained from the Neurosciences Intensive Care Unit.
